Aditya Surpal (Director)

Aditya Surpal (born 16 March 1982) is an Indian businessman, and Director of Surpal Group. In 2023 he was awarded Knight Ordre national du Mérite for contribution to developing Indo-French cooperation in the field of education.

Paul Le Quernec (Architect)

Paul Le Quernec, World famous French architect, who has been recognized internationally for his designs and has been selected in the 10 Best Nurseries in the World and other international magazines and reference books as well as gaining a title by the Wired American magazine. His main objective is to make every building a synthesis of obviousness and complexity.

Guy Rapp (Principal of the School)

Originally from Clermont-Ferrand, France, Guy Rapp is a passionate educator with over three decades of international experience. After graduating from the École Normale in 1986, he taught in France, the United States, and Vanuatu, later holding leadership roles in Greece and India within the AEFE network. His career has focused on bilingual education, curriculum development, and innovative teaching practices. Awarded the Chevalier dans l’Ordre des Palmes Académiques for his contributions to French education and culture, he brings vision, empathy, and integrity to his role. Since September 2023, he has been guiding Au Grand Air and Baby Doux toward academic excellence and global citizenship.

Ms. Sanjeevani Surpal (Co-founder)

Ms. Sanjeevani Surpal is the Co-founder of Baby Doux and Au Grand Air — India’s pioneering French kindergarten, With campuses in New Delhi and Gurugram, Au Grand Air reflects her vision of introducing world-class, immersive early childhood education inspired by French pedagogical principles. Ms. Surpal brings with her a deep commitment to innovative learning, international collaboration and holistic child development.
